KATHMANDU, Jan 29: Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs at the United States, Victoria Nuland is arriving in Nepal today.

This is the first high-level visit from US after the formation of the new government in Nepal. Nuland is scheduled to stay in Nepal for two days.
