Nepalese cricket team making a place in the Global Qualifier of the Cricket World Cup
Nepalese cricket team are being provided with congratulation wishes and some cash prize as Nepal has qualified for the World Cup by defeating UAE by nine runs in the final match of the ICC World Cup League-2 triangular series on Thursday.
President Ramchandra Paudel is going to congratulate the Nepal National Cricket Team who succeeded in making a place in the Global Qualifier of the Cricket World Cup by finishing third inthe ICC Cricket World Cup League Two. A program had been arranged at the President’s Residence Sheetal Niwas today at 3.30PM.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has announced an award while honoring the winning players at the official residence Baluwatar on Friday morning.
The Prime Minister said, "Even before this, the government has already awarded you two lakh rupees each. Today I announce the award of three lakhs."
"I direct the National Sports Council to immediately install modern floatlights and score boards at the cricket ground in Kirtipur," said the Prime Minister, "In this context, I also express the commitment of the Government of Nepal to make the necessary arrangements to speed up the construction of cricket stadiums under construction at various locations in the country including Mulpani, Chitwan."

The Madhesh Province government announced a cash prize of Rs 2,00,000 each to Gulsan Jha and Arif Sheikh, players of the Nepali cricket team expressing happiness over Nepal's qualification to theMen's One-day Cricket World Cup qualifiers. The decision was taken to present acash prize to both players of Madhesh Province as an incentive.
Congratulating the Nepali cricket team over its improbable win against the UAE, Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav announced the cash prize to the two cricketers.

Spokesperson of the state government and Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning, Jagannath Thapalia informed that the state government is going to provide one lakh rupees to the players as an incentive.
