SATV,Kathmandu, Oct.12- The Third Pakkhu Festival–2083 has begun. President Business Group is organizing the festival this year as well, with the aim of preserving, promoting and branding Nepal’s traditional cuisine, indigenous flavours and rich culture of hospitality.

President Business Group has been organizing the Pakkhu Festival continuously for the past three years. According to the organizers, experience gained from previous editions, suggestions from customers and food enthusiasts, and growing interest in authentic Nepali cuisine have encouraged them to make the initiative more refined and effective.

For five days, until Ashoj 29, a variety of dishes, including pakkhu, will be served at different outlets operated by President Business Group. The outlets in Sundhara, Maharajgunj, Battisputali and Kalanki in Kathmandu are preparing to offer customers the authentic taste of pakkhu, traditional cooking techniques and a distinctive Nepali hospitality experience.

The initiative is not limited to Kathmandu. With the aim of promoting traditional Nepali flavours in Lumbini Province as well, President’s pakkhu is being showcased and promoted at a food festival in Bhairahawa. According to the organizers, this effort will further strengthen their initiative to connect traditional Nepali cuisine with different geographical regions, communities and tourist destinations, thereby expanding its recognition and reach.

The festival aims to establish pakkhu not merely as a dish but as a distinctive symbol of Nepali taste, culture and hospitality.

President Business Group is an established business group that has been continuously active in the hotel and restaurant industry for the past two decades. Throughout this period, the group has built its business on the core principles of food quality, service, hygiene and hospitality.
