
SATV, Kathmandu, Jun. 10 - Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese president, visited the Central Cadres Training School of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) in Pyongyang on Tuesday morning.
Xi was accompanied by Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the WPK and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
In the wooded area between teaching buildings, Xi and Kim jointly planted a fir tree. The fir tree remains evergreen throughout the year, symbolizing the enduring and ever-renewing friendship between China and the DPRK.
