SATV Kathmandu, July 30 : The Bhoteskoshi River has flooded again since early this morning, triggering alarm in the downstream areas.

The district administrations of Rasuwa and Nuwakot have urged all those residing along the riverbank to remain alert to the flood.

Krishna Prasad Humagain, Assistant Chief District Officer of Nuwakot, reported that Pairebensi, Betrawati, Trishuli, and Devighat are experiencing river erosion following the massive flood that began at 3:00 a.m. The administration has deployed both Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force to alert the public and help prevent disaster.

According to the local administration, the river flood has damaged the Trishuli-Kathmandu transmission line station located in Kispang Rural Municipality-5 in Nuwakot. (RSS)
