SATV DARCHULA NOV 15: A jeep accident in Malikarjun, Darchula, claimed the lives of seven individuals on Friday morning.

Six others were reported injured in the incident, according to police.

The District Police Office in Darchula stated that the jeep was en route to Gokule from Malikarjun when it collided at Shailyashikhar Municipality-6 around 4 AM.

The site of the accident is situated approximately 40 kilometers from the district headquarters in Khalanga.

Authorities have yet to confirm the identities of the deceased.

Meanwhile, the injured have been taken to Gokule Hospital for medical treatment with the help of local police.
