The Rohingyas in at least 13 camps of Ukhiya in Teknaf of Cox's Bazar Thursday morning have organized human chains and rallies to protest against the conspiracy to stop repatriation and to ensure speedy repatriation to their homeland.

The Rohingya community leaders emphasized that they had fled Myanmar due to the grave threats posed by persecution, murder, and rape. 

Grateful for the humanitarian asylum granted by the government of Bangladesh, they now strive for a prompt repatriation process to reunite with their families and reclaim their lives.

Living in these camps for six years feels like being imprisoned. We are eager to return to our homes in Myanmar at the earliest opportunity, they added.

The Rohingya refugees have alleged the existence of a conspiracy aimed at preventing their repatriation. They expressed their desperation to return to Myanmar highlighting the urgency of attaining citizenship upon repatriation.

Speakers strongly condemned the deceitful policies of the United Nations, raising concerns over reduced rations and the cessation of aid for those willing to return. Such actions have left the Rohingyas bewildered, and they earnestly seek sincere cooperation from the United Nations to refrain from these measures.
