Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal forwards his best wishes on the occasion of Lenin's birth anniversary and party foundation day today on 22nd of April. He appeals to all communist revolutionaries and left-wing progressive forces in the country to join the campaign of unity and polarization and to participate in the historic campaign of building the foundation of socialism.
He presents his wishes through the words:
On the auspicious occasion of the 153rd birth anniversary of the great leader of the world proletariat and the hero of the socialist revolution, Comrade Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, and the 74th foundation day of the Communist Party of Nepal, I extend my best wishes to all communist revolutionaries and progressive patriots at home and abroad.'
On this occasion, I expresses my heartfelt tribute to the great martyrs who received support in the great people's war, historic people's movement and the sacrificial struggle for justice, equality and freedom.
With the highest respect for the missing warriors, I wish for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Nepal Communist Party was established in Nepal 74 years ago in 2006 on the occasion of Lenin's birth anniversary.The communist movement has reached its present state after achieving a long series of class struggle and ideological struggle and countless experiences of division and unity.Today, the Federal Democratic Republic has been established in Nepal as a result of the historic struggle under the leadership and initiative of the Communist Party. The current government led by our party Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Center) is committed to the successful implementation of the new constitution oriented towards socialism with democracy, republic, federalism, inclusiveness, secularism and social justice.
The country has now entered the stage of practical practice of development, prosperity, stability and good governance.The government is determined to lead the Nepali people to a new era of prosperity with social justice.We have the responsibility to fulfill the historical responsibility of peace, prosperity and stability. As a result of the joint struggle of the left-wing, patriotic and democratic forces against the wrong trend, public opinion was obtained in favor of the common alliance of the left-wing, patriotic and democratic forces in the elections held last year. The current coalition of anti-regressive left-wing and democratic forces is determined to defend the achievements, the democratic system and the constitution.
On this historic occasion of Lenin's birth anniversary and party foundation day, I appeal to all communist revolutionaries and left-wing progressive forces in the country to join the campaign of unity and polarization and to participate in the historic campaign of building the foundation of socialism.
