It is expected that there will be an increase in the number of climbers for climbing different mountains in Nepal this spring.
Climbers from 25 different countries have received permission to climb so far.
So far, 7 climbing teams, one each in Surma Sarobar North Himal, 3 in Annapurna Himal, one each in Pangari Goldumba Himal, Manaslu and Thorang Peak have received permission. There will be a total of 50 people in that team, 33 men and 17 women.
This time, it is expected that the number of people who applied for permission to climb the mountain may increase in a few more days.
Mountain climbing was done in Nepal even when there was an epidemic of Covid-19 in the world. Since last year, the number of climbers in Nepal's mountains has been increasing.
The government of Nepal has so far collected 12,898,950 rupees in revenue for giving permission to climb the mountain.
Spring is considered to be the best season for climbing the mountains of Nepal.
